Michael Anderson

Mike has over 35 years experience working with law firms throughout North America. He spent fifteen years as an Executive Director of law firms in Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver. Since 1987, he has been a consultant to the legal profession. For many years, Mike was a partner in Edge International and has worked with Managing Partners and Executive Committees in firms of all sizes and areas of specialization.

While providing a broad spectrum of law firm management expertise, his primary areas of focus have been on strategic planning, marketing, partner compensation issues, mergers and practice/industry/client team development with an emphasis on leadership and profitability.

Michael also is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Gateway Theatre in Richmond BC.

Margaret E. deGruchy

Margaret is a Human Resource specialist with over 15 years experience working with professional service firms (law and accounting), not-for-profits and crown corporations. She focuses on stakeholder relations, workshop facilitation, recruitment, training and the design and implementation of employee training, orientation and recognition programs.

Margaret has been involved in several volunteer associations including the ALS Society of BC , PLEA Community Services and the United Way.
