We make every effort to provide clients with more than they are paying for, more than they expect and more than anyone else would have provided under the same circumstances.
One of the ways in which we do that is through our “satisfaction guarantee”. We unconditionally guarantee a client’s satisfaction. If a client is not completely satisfied with our efforts, we will, at their discretion, accept a portion of our fees that reflects their level of satisfaction, even if that means completely waiving our professional fees.
All of our assignments are provided on a fixed fee basis.
We always undertake to not disclose any information regarding the nature of our relationship, the work undertaken or any information obtained in the course of our assignment.
